Glossary of the Punter – Part 1:

Terminology and acronyms of “Pay” — that is, paid sex (but also sex in general to make storytelling and bar chats easier, obviously).

For those looking for information on brothels, FKK sauna clubs, massage parlors, and other red-light venues, these acronyms are now found in all forums and websites discussing sex and related topics. To avoid leaving novice travelers confused during their reading, we decided to include the most commonly used terms and acronyms here as well, to expand your knowledge in case you come across an unfamiliar or incomprehensible slang abbreviation.

So, with the assurance that it will be useful to many, this is the list:

69 / Posizione 69 = Sesso orale reciproco simultaneo.

All Covered = All With Condom. Sex with protection, including oral sex.

Anal Rimming / Anilingus = Another form of Oral sex, in this case dedicated to Anal pleasure.

AO / BareBack / All Uncovered = All Without Condom, Sex without protection including vaginal and/or anal penetration.

Bawdy = Tradeswoman, Harlot, usually referring to a Bar Girl who supplements earnings with sexual services, often used as a more generic synonym for Sex Worker.

Barfine = Literally “bar fine,” translatable as “Bar Fee” is a fee charged by a Venue, usually Thai Bars or GoGoBars and related, when you decide to take out a girl who works there to go do “the good stuff” elsewhere, which technically causes lost revenue to the Venue itself and therefore is compensated with this fee which is quite variable but on average costs from 700 to 1200 Baht and has to be paid separately in addition to what is charged by the young lady who will keep you company.

BBJ / Bareback BlowJob = Bareback BlowJob (Fellatio without a condom).

BJ / Blow Job = Covered blowjob (Fellatio with condom).

Body to Body = “Body to Body” Massage. Massage performed on the naked body (or in a thong in certain cases) that does not necessarily involve the sexual act but can be associated with any kind of Happy Ending.

BDSM / Bondage / Sadomasochism = Erotic practices involving physical and/or mental (consensual) restraint and/or suffering in addition to submission et similia.

Convertible / Uncovered = Without the use of a Condom (Usually associated with fellatio).

CID / Cum In Deep / Creampie = “Coming” (ejaculating) in the vagina (under intended without a condom, a practice not recommended for various reasons).

CIM / Cum In Mouth = “Come” (ejaculate) in the mouth.

COB / Cum On Body = “Coming” (ejaculating) on the body.

COF / Cum On Face / Facial = “Come” (ejaculate) in the face.

DATY / Dinner At The Y = Pussy Licking (or Vagina, Pukkiakkia, Topa, Patata, Vulva, Bernarda, Pussy, Rai1, etc…).

Deep throat= Taking the penis into the mouth completely, all the way down the throat precisely.

Dirty talks = Dirty language during sexual practice.

DP / Double Penetration = Simultaneous vaginal and anal, double penetration.

Escort = Apartment pig, or “take-out” companion lady.

Extras / Additional Services = Fee for services beyond the standard (often used in Venues intended for meretriciousness that have a standard fee).

Extraball / Multishot = Come several times during the course of a particular service or massage, or during a set time for a fixed price.

Fetish = Worship of a human body part or a particular piece of underwear or biological fluids or particular objects etc…

Fingering = Insertion of the fingers of the hand into the vagina or anus (not to be confused with Fisting).

Fisting = Sticking one or more hands inside the vagina or anus (not to be confused with Fingering).

FJ / Foot Job = Masturbation with feet (Saw made with the girl’s feet, of course).

FK / French Kiss = French kiss with tongue in mouth.

For Men = Term adopted by TravelsForMen to define any kind of service dedicated notes to men only, from the sauna club, to the gogo bar, to the brothel and so on, but also locations particularly known to be pilgrimage destinations for men seeking easy companionship.

Freelancer = Self-employed professional or roundabout, not tied to Venues or agencies (see also Independent).

Full Service / All Inclusive = Literally “Full Service” / “All Inclusive,” usually associated with massages with Happy Ending when sexual practice is also included but is a definition also used in other contexts to imply that there will be no additional price demands on any services generally considered to be Extras.

GFE / Girl Friend Experience = How to be with your girlfriend / Emotionally intense and engaging sexual experience.

HJ / Hand Job = Hand Job, Manual masturbation, Saw.

Incall / Loft = Professional receiving in home/loft. You must reach the Professional at the place where she works.

Independent = A Professional who is self-employed, without an agency (see also Freelancer).

Ladyboy = A term used in asia, particularly in Thailand and the Philippines to refer to Transgenic individuals with female features and attitudes, regardless of whether they still have a penis or a surgically reconstructed vagina (post-surgery). Not to be confused with mere gays or transvestites, Ladyboys, or rather, The Ladyboys (it is always preferable to address them in the feminine), are well integrated into society and daily life but considered a separate gender, especially in Thailand where they are referred to as “the third sex” .

Lesbo show = Two or more women “playing sexually” with each other.

Long Time = Usually translated as “All Night long” this is the extended version of the Short Time (both terms being part of the Thai industry jargon) and means that the girl stays with the client at his accommodation—or wherever preferred—at least until the following morning. Often, the last session happens in the morning after sleeping together, and depending on the situation, the lady might enjoy staying with you for breakfast or lunch. Other times, she may decide to leave after the first round, making an excuse if she’s not interested or for any other reason.
In such cases, it’s useless to protest; the only option is to report it to the venue where she works—the one you paid the barfine to. However, this can happen, and unless there is an obvious scam (which is very rare), it’s best to let it go and move on.

MILF / Mom I’d Like to Fuck = Hot Mom, generally in her 30s or so.

Missile = Unprofessional sex worker / Prostitute offering poor, insufficient, incomplete performance.

Nuru = Type of erotic massage called “Body to Body,” performed using the entire body. Instead of massage oil, a neutral and very viscous gel made from Japanese seaweed called Nuru is used. This gel reduces friction and allows the masseuse to glide smoothly over the client’s body.

Oral / Blowjob / Daty = Terms indicating oral sex.

White Bears / Bears / Robes = White Bear is a term commonly used to refer to the male patron of FKK Sauna Clubs, this is because in most Venues the robes provided are white. Often only the word Bear is used with the same meaning, and just as often the term Robes can also refer to the men present in a particular Venue as well as the spongy robe.

OTR / On The Road = Prostitute working on the street. Sidewalk Pig (in many cases to be avoided for a thousand reasons, but in certain contexts it is ok).

Outcall = The Professional comes to your home, hotel or other location of your choice.

Overnight / All night = The professional stays with you until morning.

Pay = Sex professional/Prostitute/Meretrician/Freelancer/Girl offering sexual services in exchange for money.

Petting = Light sex foreplay.

Pissing/Golden shower = Peeing in the sexual sphere (one of the most mainstream fetishes).

PSE / Porn Star Experience = Experience like in a porn movie.

Punter / Whoremonger = Person who routinely uses the paid services offered by the Craftsmen.

Rai1 / First channel = Vaginal intercourse (Pussy).

Rai2 / Second channel = Anal intercourse (Ass).

Rate / Menu / Tariff = Prices charged by professionals to the various services offered.

SBB / Sex Between Breasts / TitsJob = SpanishJob (so-called “Spanish saw,” whereby you slide your Penis back and forth between your Tits).

Sciatthai = Neologism coined by the Editor of Travelsformen to refer to the average Thai Mestierante, not a top, not particularly beautiful, not very flashy, but liked nonetheless.

Sex toys / Erotic toys = Objects for erotic use(e.g. vibrators etc..).

SexWorker / Professional / Harlot / Worker = Woman who regularly practices as a prostitute. Whore who offers quality service.

Short Time = A relatively short session (about 1 or 2 hours, usually limited to a single round unless in special cases) during which it is possible to enjoy the sexual services of the companion at your hotel or other accommodation. (A typical term used in the Thai sex industry, rarely used in other countries.)
