Venue: SECRET KISS is a so-called BJ Bar, but it is also possible to get a shampoo along with certain services. It also functions as a massage center with adult-oriented treatments, and it can even operate as a simple brothel, since the menu includes “Full Service” (which in some local contexts is synonymous with sexual activity). Essentially, it offers a mixed range of services.
Located in a small dead-end alley off Soi 23, just a few meters from Kokoro, Secret Kiss immediately makes a good impression with its lively pink facade, reminiscent of a small countryside house, standing out in the gray alley. Inside, there is a small reception with sofas for waiting, a cash desk, a fridge with water and other drinks, and a staircase leading to the upper floors where the service rooms are located. The environment is simple and minimal but clean and functional.
There are various types of rooms, all with showers—some with a bed, others with a chair, and one room with a station for shampooing, like at a barber shop. The lighting is peculiar: nothing dramatic, but in addition to the usual white service lights, they had the clever idea of putting a small LED light in each room that creates a starry sky effect on the ceiling, which, when dimming the main lights, produces a really nice and relaxing atmosphere.
In the showers, there is a strange perforated chair used during treatments—almost unsettling to see but actually practical, so the staff can attend to the chosen service without the client having to stand. The entire venue is air-conditioned and fairly soundproof for this type of establishment. Overall, it leaves a good impression.
Girls: At least ten are listed in the selection book. The photos are, of course, professionally retouched, and it’s a bit of a matter of luck, but they all seem to be at least decent and have noteworthy professional skills.
Prices: The menu offers multiple options for adult services: service with 1 girl 1,300 Baht – service with 2 girls 2,500 Baht – service with 3 girls 3,500 Baht. There is also a hand-service option for 1,000 Baht. In addition, there are massages, shampoo treatments (in a Vietnamese-style hot wash), and a full-service option at 2,200 Baht for 60 minutes, as well as a “combo” package combining two short sessions within 70 minutes. There are also numerous add-ons to the services, mostly unnecessary or not very convenient, considering that the full-service option is already quite affordable.

Note: Bangkok’s SECRET KISS is tucked away in a small cul-de-sac of a branch of Soi 23 also called Prasan mit alley, just a few meters before you get to Kokoro, the sign on the sidewalk is right at the corner of the alley and if you’re looking for the Venue is clearly visible(said like that it sounds complicated, but it’s not, and as always at the end of the article you’ll find the link to the exact location on Google Maps). It’s not a BJ bar, it’s not a Massage Center, it’s not a Bordello, but it’s a little bit of everything-I would call it a great place for the undecided, in the sense that you go there and see what inspires you at that moment. The environment is fairly new and comfortable, clean and quiet, the rooms are not modern but excluding a few problems with the air conditioning(the first time I was there, the girl had to go outside twice before she found a working remote control to lower the temperature) in general everything is well organized and functional. I would probably not recommend it for a massage, as it is not the best place for that, but for a Full Service I would say it is good, as well as for simple BJ service, which in total is very similar to that of the 7Heaven, where in a hypothetical comparison with the latter, the Secret would probably lose on the Girls front who are more specialized on one service, but would win as far as the rooms and the environment in general are concerned. It should be mentioned, however, that the operators here are also available at Full Service and therefore more versatile and less framed during the service, so there are pros and cons if for example you are looking for a simple BJ.
The procedure is generally the same: the selected staff member accompanies you up the stairs to the room. You undress while she steps out to prepare, and when she returns with the usual kit, the session begins with a wash. Here, the wash is done in the shower on a special polystyrene-style chair with holes in the seat—how hygienic that is, I’m not sure, but let’s assume it’s fine.
After the wash, you move to the bed or a chair, depending on the type of room assigned. She dims the main white lights, and the atmosphere becomes softer thanks to the starry-sky LED lights in the dim background. Then the main session begins, according to the service you selected upon arrival.
If you chose a basic adult service, she adjusts her attire accordingly, allowing a certain range of interaction. From there, the experience depends on her skill and your preferences. Overall, the staff are experienced, and the service is performed professionally, maintaining a high standard throughout.
In essence, Secret Kiss is one of those venues I would call a “Mixed Bag,” meaning it offers a bit of everything and isn’t specialized in any particular service. Prices are average, as are the staff, but the environment—though minimal—is slightly more cared for than other venues at the same level, and the overall impression is good.
So for now, this “Secret Kiss” (quite hidden, I might add) earns a solid passing grade. Would I recommend it? I wouldn’t discourage it, but for more specialized services I would still go elsewhere. For casual encounters, however, it is very competitive, and considering the full-service option listed on the menu as a standalone service, I would say it’s worth considering.
